The Grumps

Hello, Lovelies! Not too long ago I realised that I had never drawn my favourite let's-players: The Game Grumps. Until now! Here are Dan and Arin (or is it Arnold... ?) having fun playing video games like they always do. A nice way to celebrate 5 years of Game Grumps, too.  

I started watching Game Grumps during the JonTron era, not long before they started their legendary Sonic '06 playthrough. When Jon suddenly announced he was leaving and that he was being replaced with this dude called 'Danny', I stopped watching for ages. Then I realised I was being a dumb-dumb and that Dan(ny) was a super cool dude with a great sense of humour and a lot of stories to tell. JonTron is a great entertainer, but I now believe that Dan is the true Not-so-Grump. He's just... not grumpy! Well, unless he's playing games like Zelda's Adventure. Then he's grumpy! XD

Arin is just... well, Arin. He can be a bit frustrating at times, but at the end of the day, you've gotta like the guy! He has epic outbursts and he has the most hysterical laugh. Plus his animations have inspired a lot of my work: a few years ago, I made an animation called Vultures, which was heavily inspired by his Game Grumps Animated and Awesome Series videos. 

These guys have kept me smiling through some hard times, and I'll make sure I keep watching their videos until they become Liquid Game Grumps. Happy 5 years to you!
